My name is Bodie.
I am primary Irish dancer. I started to dance in September 2010 at the age of 20.
The world of ID can be pretty confusing for a newbie but it´s a wonderland I got sucked in pretty quickly - despite quite late age I joined in :)
I´d like this blog to show the beauty and difficulty of Irish Dance through the eyes of beginning dancer.
Because even the best of us were starting with uncooperative limbs, blisters everywhere, second-hand hard shoes and plain dress ;)
And the beauty of it is the amazing height those once confused beginners like us were able to reach.

It’s nice! So many interesting combinations but after all: our primary choreographies are all pretty, but… OMG so many cuts!!! I can’t do cuts with my left leg at all! It’ll be disaster! :O
